Study On The Assessment And Analysis Of The Case On Urban Human Settlement Quality

Since residence is one of the most fundamental requirements of the human being and urban residential district was not only the basic carrier satisfying the residential requirements of inhabitants, but also the most fundamental units forming the urban structure, the quality of urban residential district is key to the sustainable development of urban human settlements. So in sence of reality and necessity, it is of great importance to studly on the quality assessment and optimization of living condition, taking urban residential district as the research unit.The thesis is divides into three major parts. the first part is the theoretical research, on the basis of the research achievement of other schoolars and the probe into the contraction connotion of human living environment, which contains the assessment method and the evaluating index system of human settlements. The second part, by the question are surbvey on the residential satisfaction degree on the living environment quality, by mathematical methods, and find out the relationship between urban planning and satisfaction level of residents, the characteristic, problems and development tread of living environment of Xi'an people. The third part is designed to propose the optimazation target ,priciple as well as the planning implementation measme of urban living environment.The main research results can be summarized as follows:(1)Systematially establishing a evaliation index syste of human assessmen by taking urban residential area as the research level.(2) By using evaluation index system and evaluation model of residengtial district, a live investagation, analysis and planning evaluation on the typical living districts of Xi'an city is carried out. The results show that: the residential district construction is transferring from "quantity-type" to "auality-type", in sence of residential distrct development and construction. (3) the empirical analysis show that there are three problems exist in the urban planning and construction of human assessmen of Xi'an city:The contradiction between of internal and external environment; general lack of vitality of urban residential distrct, and lack of the sense of longtem development of urban residential district.(4) on the basis of empirical study, the thesis parts forward the quality optimazation trarget of Xi'an urban living envirnomati: becutifying the human living environment.The planning principle and construction quidelines of opitimazing Xi'an urban living environment, based on the two levels of urban planning and residential district construction, are also been proposed, as well as the planning and construction measures and suggestions.
