With the research of building energy saving,people realize that energy use behavior is an important factor affecting office energy consumption.Based on the theory of soft technology energy-saving,this paper uses the methods of type analysis and space syntax to study the office space and the energy use behavior of office workers.By analyzing the factors that affect the human behavior,this paper finds the breakthrough point of soft technology energy-saving,and puts forward the optimization strategy of soft technology energy-saving for office space energy-saving.First of all,survey and survey the office space in hot summer and cold winter areas,and observe the behavior of office workers.By using the method of type analysis,the type elements,function elements,space limitation elements and space composition elements of office space are summarized and sorted out,and the working mode and non working mode are obtained by office behavior.Combining the analysis elements of office space and office behavior type with office energy consumption,this paper analyzes and establishes the relationship among office space,energy consumption behavior and office energy consumption,and deduces through transfer logic that office space indirectly affects office energy consumption by influencing the energy consumption behavior of office staff.Secondly,space syntax is used to analyze space quantitatively in terms of spatial comprehensibility,accessibility and spatial organization.Space comprehensibility,accessibility and spatial structure are obtained,which affect the energy use behavior of office workers by influencing people's cognition of space,path selection,space domain awareness,etc.Finally,according to the conclusion of spatial syntax analysis,the optimization strategy of soft technology energy-saving space is proposed.(1)Responsive energy-saving strategy: smart skin and memory materials responding to environmental energy-saving;voting decision-making and logo guidance responding to behavior.(2)Behavior energy-saving strategy: highlight energy-saving elements,strengthen path guidance,improve spatial depth,expand the scope of vision,and optimize spatial structure.According to the research process of energy saving,the feedback system of strategy optimization is put forward to test the effect of energy saving and ensure the quality of strategy output.At the end of the study,the energy-saving benefits of soft technology are predicted and evaluated.Taking the Construction Engineering Consulting Co.,Ltd.as an example,under the soft technology energy-saving intervention,the total energy consumption of office space is reduced by 20.9%,of which the energy consumption of air conditioning is reduced by 10.2%,the energy consumption of lighting equipment is reduced by 4.3%,and the energy consumption of computer is reduced by 6.4%.It shows that soft technology energy saving has great energy saving potential.Soft technology energy saving is a new concept and perspective of building energy saving.The research results are the development and supplement of soft technology energy-saving theory,which can be used to guide and solve the energy consumption problem caused by the energy use behavior of the staff in the office space.
