Study On Regional Culture Of Changchun Station Historical District Renovation

Cities are the product of social and cultural development process.Historical buildings and historical blocks are the historical buildings,urban landscapes and cultural features gradually accumulated in the process of urban development over the years.They bear unique regional cultural characteristics,are the carrier of urban development history and historical culture,and are the precious wealth of cities.In the past,in order to accelerate the realization of "urban modernization",many historical and cultural blocks were excessively destroyed,and lost their original historical urban architecture and cultural characteristics,resulting in the gradual disappearance of regional culture in the process of reconstruction.At present,there is an urgent need to protect,regenerate and renew the historic blocks in the city.On the premise of ensuring that the historic buildings and cultural landscape are not damaged,the historic buildings should be repaired,the spatial environment should be renovated and the block landscape should be designed to achieve a perfect connection between the protection of historical and cultural blocks and the modernization.Taking the historical building block in front of the station in Changchun city as an example,this paper studies the renewal and construction of the landscape of the historical and cultural block,and plans and designs the landscape of the historical building block in front of the station in Changchun city based on the regional culture.Firstly,this paper reviews the research status at home and abroad,discusses the concepts of regional culture,historical and cultural blocks and historical buildings,and analyzes the urban historical block landscape of Changchun city based on the concept of regional culture,its constituent factors and the value of landscape utilization.Secondly,based on regional culture to comprehensive analysis of Changchun station historical building blocks,in the municipal traffic,environment analysis,construction and other aspects of characteristics,and research on the Changchun station historical building block in such aspects as historical,social,economic,artistic,the value of ascension,summarize transformation pattern of typical historical and cultural blocks,lay a foundation for the project of reconstruction and design;Finally in the regional culture characteristics of the major premise,Changchun station historical landscape planning and design of building block,across the street in the design,such as traffic,greening,parking to realize the regional history and culture protection and urban economic development phase equilibrium,makes the city historical and cultural blocks under the background of the new era of sustainable development.
