Optimization Of The "Internet+" Customized Bus Operation Plan At Beijing South Railway Station

As China’s economy has entered a stage of high-quality development from a stage of rapid development,while people’s living standards continue to improve,they begin to pursue higher-quality life services.In order to attract more people to use public transport,the service level needs to be improved.In large cities,the middle-income consumer groups represented by white-collar workers have been unable to meet their travel needs due to the lack of comfort and convenience.As a middle-income group,they are more inclined to customize and personalize their travel methods,and pay more attention to the convenience,comfort,and speed of travel vehicles.Compared with public transportation,choosing to travel by private car or taxi,although it has the advantage of fast and direct access,is not the best choice because of the high cost and increased road traffic pressure.In view of this,the modular travel mode with diversified customized travel needs may become the travel trend of the middle-income group and further increase the travel needs of urban residents.In the upsurge of "Internet +",many new travel modes of "Internet + customized public transport" have sprung up in China.They keep up with the social situation and constantly innovate and develop rapidly.Beijing South Railway Station’s "Internet plus" customized bus came into being.As for the project itself,there are problems in the operation scheme,which leads to a large loss in the short time after the project goes online.While strengthening management within the company,we urgently need to optimize the operation plan,attract passengers,create revenue,alleviate the problem of project losses,and ensure the sustainable development of the Internet plus customized bus at Beijing South Railway Station.This paper aims to enhance the operation level of the Internet plus synthetic custom bus and reduce the loss.The optimization of the operation scheme of the Internet + custom bus is mainly studied from the aspects of price factors,vehicle selection,scheduling planning and marketing.The optimal operator is put forward by comparative analysis,linear programming and SWOT analysis.Case,analyze the short-term forecast of each scheme,evaluate the effect of each scheme,and put forward suggestions for project optimization.My ability is limited,and there are deficiencies in the application of methods and conclusion research.I hope that in the future,I canstrengthen learning,broaden my thinking and career,and ensure the renewal and implementation of the program and sustainable development.
