| Knowledge transfer within an engineering project cooperative participant refers to the process in which each participating unit of the project transmits its knowledge to other individuals or organizations of the team through various channels to realize the absorption,utilization and innovation of knowledge.Studies have shown that effective knowledge transfer of engineering project has positive influence on project performance and enterprise competitiveness.Therefore,how to promote the knowledge transfer of the engineering project cooperative participant becomes an important issue in the project management field.The engineering project cooperative participant is a dynamic system with mutual dependence,incentive,supplement and restriction,and the dynamic relationship between project team members,project environment and project knowledge.The system is characterized by complexity and diversity.Knowledge ecology is a theory that studies the coordinated development of human,knowledge and environment according to the viewpoint of ecology and the thought of systematics.The knowledge ecology theory can provide a new explanation framework for the complex knowledge relationship among organizations,individuals,knowledge and environment in the project.Therefore,based on the theory and method of knowledge ecology,the article builds the ecological system and identifies the ecological factors of the engineering project cooperative participant.The purpose is to study the system components,the function of the knowledge subject,the knowledge flow mechanism,the system influencing factors and their mutual relationship,so as to realize the "harmonious development" among individuals,knowledge and environment in the process of knowledge transfer of the engineering project cooperative participant.This paper firstly introduced the research background and significance,defined the research scope,summarized the knowledge transfer theory and knowledge ecology theory,and lay a theoretical foundation for the construction of knowledge transfer ecosystem of engineering project cooperative participant.Secondly,by referring to the ecological concept in the ecology theory,the paper analyzed the components of the knowledge ecosystem of engineering project,and analyzed the formation cause,main function and knowledge flow mode of the knowledge ecological chain to study the flow mechanism of knowledge between knowledge subjects.Based on the knowledge ecological chain,the knowledge transfer ecosystem model of engineering project cooperative participant was constructed and its ecological characteristics were analyzed to comprehensively study the operation mechanism of knowledge ecosystem.To explore the influence factors of ecological system and their mutual relations,the article analyzed the ecological factors,from the aspect of project knowledge level,knowledge producer level,knowledge consumption level,the knowledge transfer level,knowledge decomposer level,population structure level and knowledge ecological environment level.A total of 18 ecological factors of knowledge transfer in engineering project cooperative participants were identified from these 7 dimensions.And through the application of ISM-Fuzzy MICMAC method,the paper constructed the interpretive structure model of ecological factors of knowledge transfer in project cooperation team,and clarified the action path and relationship of each ecological factor,and analyzed the characteristics of various ecological factors.Finally,based on the study of ecosystem and ecological factors,this paper put forward specific management suggestions from four aspects: project knowledge,knowledge subject,team structure and knowledge environment.The research of this paper enriches the theoretical research on knowledge transfer and knowledge ecology of engineering project,provides theoretical basis and management suggestions for the engineering project cooperative participant to promote the efficiency of knowledge transfer. |
