The low profit margin and slow growth of China's construction industry are inseparable from the current situation of extensive management and lack of effective knowledge support.A large amount of knowledge within the industry has not been effectively accumulated and applied because of the fact that people ignore the important process of "data to information to knowledge".The idea and method of knowledge management is more and more penetrated into all walks of life and the research field of engineering project management is also gradually exploring how to use knowledge management to improve the level of engineering project management along with the concept of "the age of knowledge economy" recently.This paper takes the process of engineering project development and engineering and the knowledge in the process as the research object.Based on the process,the research excavates knowledge in the field of engineering project,and builds engineering project knowledge system architecture,so as to provide knowledge support for project process development.Firstly,starting from the current research situation of knowledge management in engineering project and analyzing theories of knowledge situation,knowledge integration,project management,this paper aims to define the situation in the knowledge integration model.From the strategic level and the management level to the specific workflow level,the place of knowledge management is taken from the strategic level and the management level.The knowledge integration is no longer limited to the engineering of the theoretical conceptual framework,but can support the development of the actual engineering projects.Secondly,the whole life cycle development process of the engineering project is divided by different levels,and the appropriate level is chosen as the foothold of knowledge mining,after which the relationship between the process and knowledge in the project,the characteristics of the process activity and the relationship between the process activity and the knowledge activity are analyzed.Based on the node process,the knowledge in the field of engineering project is collected and analyzed,and knowledge in the field is classified according to stages,professionalism and work contents and other dimensions.Thirdly,by using the method of co-occurrence analysis,the knowledge elements which are summarized and integrated are analyzed in accordance with the degree of importance and the close degree of relevance.According to the three aspects of process attribute knowledge,process activity knowledge and process knowledge,the knowledge system of process activity for engineering project is constructed,and the knowledge support framework of engineering project based on process is further put forward.Then,after analyzing and comparing the common knowledge representation methods,this paper chooses the knowledge ontology representation method,and create the knowledge ontology model and ontology library of engineering project based on process.Finally,the function structure of knowledge management system platform is built,combined with the Landray knowledge management system platform,the knowledge support of engineering project management information is realized.The process of knowledge structure and information is completed,and the knowledge support level of knowledge management for business processes of engineering projects is improved.
