In recent years,the enthusiasm of major cities in the country for building subways has gradually increased,and subways have been built on a large scale in China.However,at the same time,the cost and difficulty of constructing subways cannot be ignored,and the pressure on local finances cannot be ignored.Business is one of the most basic functions of a city.Commercial buildings are organisms that integrate various types of business.They are the main place for consumer activities and can create huge economic value.In modern cities,commercial buildings and subways have become two important factors for urban development.The spatial forms between the two are mutually reinforcing and complementary.Their development level and integration level reflect the vitality and efficiency of a city.The strong passenger flow brought by the subway can add more vitality to the gathered businesses,and the commercial development to a certain extent can also feed back the subway construction.Therefore,taking the relationship between the subway and commercial space as the research object and conducting comprehensive development and design of the two are one of the important directions for the intensive development of urban space in China in the future.The connection space between the subway and commercial buildings plays a very important role in urban functions.It is a collection and evacuation point for the flow of people between subway stations and commercial buildings.However,at present,domestic theories and design methods in this area are still in their infancy,and related management policies are not yet perfect,and design methods are not yet mature.The connection mode between commercial buildings and subways should always be considered in planning.The feasibility of setting up and designing the connection mode between the two should be discussed from the level of urban planning.However,in the current domestic projects on the development of subway stations and commercial buildings,subway stations and commercial buildings are often constructed independently.The design and installation of the connection mode between the two have only begun to be considered in the architectural design process.There are various problems.These problems are reflected in the planning and architectural design,mainly in the following aspects: First,the lack of macro perspectives on China’s current urban and transportation problems and concerns;Second,the lack of feasibility studies on the design of connection models,lack of Corresponding design guidelines and supervision;at the level of urban management,connected space multi-headed management,development and design are constrained by various factors,and management departments are divided by political divisions;unreasonable connection modes hinder the development of transportation and commerce.In view of this situation,this article takes the connection mode of subway stations and large commercial buildings as the starting point,and first analyzes and elaborates the current situation of the combined development of subways and commercial buildings at home and abroad through literature.Combine advanced cases to learn from the design experience of the connection mode between metro and commercial buildings.Secondly,through research and analysis of the interactive relationship between the subway,commercial buildings,and connection modes,the four existing connection modes are summarized and summarized,their respective advantages and disadvantages,and their scope of application.The main part of the article,from the three aspects of construction timing,planning and positioning,and the characteristics of the composition of the station and the commercial building,conducts field investigations and case studies on the connection mode between the Shenzhen metro station and large commercial buildings,and summarizes the Shenzhen metro station and large commercial buildings.Problems with the connection model of commercial buildings.At the end of the thesis,the author explores the three connection modes that can be constructed between subway stations and commercial buildings in combination with the projects that were actually participated in during the study period.The advantages and disadvantages are summarized.Combined with the actual scheme,the design method of connection mode is explained.
