A Comparative Research On Commercial Center Facility Planning Of Metro Station Between Hong Kong And Shenzhen

The development and utilization of underground space has provided premise forthree-dimensional traffic in big cities of our country，which is also the premise of improving theoperating efficiency. With the subway as power development axis，various forms of undergroundworks such as underground street，underground garages and so on，has been planned andconstructed. The underground space facilities not only improve the traffic，but also bring thedevelopment of central business district and the underground space in the subway station，whichcan bring the prosperity of the regional economy.Based on the analysis and comparison of the developing course and current situation aboutunderground commercial space in subway station field at home and abroad，the investigation hasbeen conducted in Shanghai，Guangzhou，Shenzhen，Hong Kong and other major cities. Thecomparative analysis and research for the features and characteristics of retail，subway commercialin Hong Kong and Shenzhen and the different business type of the two city have been done，through which summed up Shenzhen’s commercial space design problems in subway station.Through these researches，the above theoretical basis and the successful experience at home andabroad，some problems and related recommendations about the development and construction ofunderground commercial space in subway station field in Shenzhen have been proposed.
