Research On Process Optimization Of High-Speed Railway Express

Affected by international economic and trade shocks and the global epidemic,domestic demand has increasingly become the leading force supporting the steady and healthy development of my country's economy.With the rise of the network economy,the market size of the e-commerce express industry has grown explosively,and the express market has expanded rapidly.Due to the fast and convenient characteristics of high-speed railway,the development of high-speed railway express meets the dual pursuit of timeliness and cost of express logistics services,while playing a positive role in accelerating the transformation of railway freight to modern logistics,generating good economic and social benefits.However,high-speed railway express,which is still in its infancy,has problems of high operational complexity,weak link connection,and low information popularity,which restricts the development of railways and stabilizes the express market position.Therefore,it is necessary to systematically analyze and optimize the problems existing in the operation process of high-speed railway express,improve service efficiency and quality,enhance customer satisfaction,start corporate brand,improve market competitiveness,drive and lead the development of the domestic express logistics industry and the upgrade of high-end logistics services.This paper is based on the national key research and development project-" Technology of improving railway comprehensive efficiency and service level under the condition of high-speed railway network—Technology of Railway Passenger and Freight Benefits and Service Level Improvement "(2018YFB1201402),mainly to study the operation process of high-speed railway express from the following aspects:(1)Sort out the high-speed railway express operation process.By analyzing the high-speed railway express market demand,network structure and sui Fle goods category,discuss the necessity of high-speed railway express operation process optimization.Analyze the business operation mode,product service mode and transportation organization mode under different development stages of high-speed railway express,and clarify the research scope of this article.According to the operation content of the arriverl and the arrival end,sort out the existing operation process of high-speed railway express,draw the operation flow chart and analyze the main problems in the current operation flow.(2)Build the optimized framework for high-speed railway express operations.Combined with the future development trend of high-speed railway express and market demand and other factors,the objectives and principles of high-speed railway express operation process optimization are clarified,and the framework of high-speed railway express operation process optimization ideas is established.(3)Identify the weak links in the high-speed railway express process.Based on the operation process of the high-speed railway express sender and arrival end,construct a Petri net model and carry out Flexsim simulation of the operation process.Based on the simulation output results,combined with the current status of high-speed railway research and actual surveys,in-depth analysis of the inducing factors of weak links in the process.(4)Propose a plan for optimizing high-speed railway express operations.Using a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,aiming at the problem of "admission scanning" and "making a loading plan",build a high-speed railway express operation process optimization model with the minimum operating time and minimum deviation as the goal,while addressing other issues Point-by-point optimization plans and recommendations.Finally,quantitatively evaluate the effect of the optimization plan,check the performance of the model,compare the simulation results before and after optimization,the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization scheme are verified.There are 38 figures,31 tables and 44 references in this paper.
