Since June 2018,the State Council and the general office of the State Council have successively issued the Three-Year Action Plan for Winning the Blue Sky Defense War(GF [2018] No.22)and the Three-Year Action Plan for Promoting the Adjustment of Transportation Structure(2018-2020)(GBF [2018] No.91),which require optimizing and adjusting the cargo transportation structure,greatly increasing the proportion of railway freight transportation and to ensure solving the environment protection issues in the transportation process properly.Therefore,China Railway Group has issued the Action Plan for Freight Increment for 2018-2020,and jointly issued the Implementation Plan for the Construction of the Railway North Coal South Transportation System(2018-2020)with the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration.On this basis,it has put forward the following proposals: "increase the transportation capacity of 650 million tons by 2020","strengthen the construction of the railway coal transportation channel collection and distribution system","30% annual growth of container multimodal transportation ".At present,China's coal railway transportation is still the traditional coal railway transportation which mainly based on "Daqin Railway" and "Shuohuang Railway".Traditional coal railway transportation is based on open car,large train and point-to-point transportation,which is very effective to improve transportation efficiency,reduce transportation cost and ensure key demand,but it cannot meet the market demand of diversity,dispersion and high environmental protection requirements.First of all,traditional railway gondola transport coal cargo lead to high loss rate and pollution in the whole process.Secondly,the protection for special coal is insufficient.On this basis,considering the transport characteristics of the WARI railway itself,in order to expand the transport volume of the railway,reduce the loss and control the environmental pollution,the WARI railway implements a new mode of coal container multimodal transport.However,at this stage,the limited ability of the railway of handling cargo distribution.Therefore,if the coal multi-modal transportation is carried out by the railway,the whole coal container multi-modal transportation system of the railway must be optimized.In order to optimize the whole system,it is necessary to solve the problem of where to connect the construction of collection and distribution facilities,that is,to select the optimal joint transport transfer node,so as to further play the function of freight transportation of bulk goods of WARI railway.Therefore,this paper takes the location of the transfer node of the coal container multimodal transport system of WARI railway as the research object.Firstly,the general situation of WARI railway and the current situation of its transport system are investigated,and the optimization of the location of the transfer node of the coal container multimodal transport system of WARI railway is analyzed and summarized.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the location of multimodal transport transfer node should be aimed at reducing the total transportation cost.At the same time,it also considers and analyzes the influence of five factors on the location of junction,including the quantity of goods,the location of goods,the quantity of demand and the location of demand,the loading and unloading point,the mode of transportation and the cost.Then,according to the actual situation of the coal container multimodal transport system of WARI railway,a mixed integer linear programming model for the location of the transfer node of multimodal transport is constructed,and the exact solution is obtained by the mathematical commercial software ILOG CPLEX.Finally,through the analysis of the solution results of the model,the effectiveness and practicability of the model are verified.At the same time,according to the calculation example and the actual data,the reasonable suggestions are given for the location of the transfer node of the coal container transportation multimodal transport in WARI railway.There are 7 pictures,15 tables and 36 references.
