Research And Design On Centralized Control System In Huanghua500kV Substation

Centralized control of distributed500kV transformer substations inevitably becomes the trend of future Electric System development, as a result of the unceasing raise of economy level, more effort of constmcting infrastructures in National Electric System intensified by the government, and the architecture of State Grid Corporation of China becoming more and more well established. In respect to the construction of system, Hebei Electric Power Corporation urgently needs to comprehensively redesign and update all the500kV transformer substations administrated by Hebei Extra High Voltage Branch.This thesis investigates over the general development and future possible direction of automatic system for centralized control of500kV transformer substations. It expatiates the fundamental function, advantages, operation mode, and communication realization etc. Based on this, a novel design of SCADA System, Test&Control System, and Communication System for Huanghua500kV substation is proposed. At the same time, a method of connecting Automatic Voltage Control System (AVC) to the provincial main scheduling station has been designed and implemented so that the provincial closed-cycle control system of voltage is greatly promoted.In addition, from the aspect of management for centralized control operations, the thesis puts forward a mode called "Centralized Monitoring, Fewer on Duty which introduces the plan for management of operation and maintenance of equipments when the system is setup. Pertinent possible improvement directions are also raised to solve the establishment of centralized control center for Hebei Extra High Voltage Branch.
