Research On Quality Improvement Of External Thermal Insulation Engineering For Residential Project X

The building wall insulation works have been developing quickly since 2000 under the guidance of the state and government policies,which have become an essential part of China’s construction engineering.Due to the late start of domestic wall insulation engineering,weak technical application theory,lack of engineering experience,and insufficient understanding of quality management,frequent project quality problems have become a stumbling block restricting the development of the industry.It is of great importance to master and apply modern quality management theory to improve the quality,safety and durability of exterior wall insulation works.The thesis literature research method,questionnaire survey method,field survey and other methods,combined with relevant professional knowledge,to carry out research on the quality management of external thermal insulation projects.The thesis comprehensively applies the project quality management theory and related quality management tools to analyze the current status of the external wall insulation quality management of the first tender section of the X housing project.Find out the current quality management problems of the project from four aspects of building materials,personnel,management system,and on-site construction,and conduct a comprehensive analysis of the causes of the problems.Combining literature and related industry research,the thesis starts with the improvement principles,clarifies the quality improvement goals and proposes targeted improvement plans,including the establishment and improvement of the system,effective personnel management,construction quality management and corresponding safeguard measures.After the implementation of the quality management improvement of the external wall external insulation project in the second tender section of residential project X,the quality management of the entire project has improved significantly.First of all,the qualification rate of building materials has increased significantly,and it is in a leading position in the insulation material industry.Secondly,the management of construction units and construction teams has greatly improved construction quality and construction efficiency.Finally,all parties to the project have strengthened their investment in quality management,so that the responsibility for quality management is assigned to people,and has facilitated the inspection and implementation of key nodes and hidden projects.Effective quality management improves the overall quality of the external wall insulation project and provides a good foundation for the subsequent external wall decoration coating construction.At the same time,this study can also provide reference for the quality management of other external wall insulation projects in China.
