The problems of bridge structural performance degradation and behavior variation could be discovered in time thanks to the use of bridge health monitoring system,thereby avoiding the accidental collapse of the bridge and ensuring the safety of the bridge during the operation phase.Therefore,relevant research has received widespread attention.In recent years,the large-scale promotion of NB-Io T has brought a new idea for the research of bridge health monitoring systems.The communication advantages of NB-Io T such as low power consumption,deep penetration and large connections meets the needs of bridge health monitoring.Based on the thesis background,significance and current development of the bridge monitoring system,this thesis analyzes the necessary system functions and proposes a bridge health monitoring system based on the NB-Io T communication technology.The main work includes:(1)Fully consider the installation environment and expansion requirements of bridge monitoring terminal,this thesis designes a terminal with complete functions and stable operation with low power consumption and high performance MKL36Z128 chip and ME3616 NB-Io T communication module as the core,with power conversion and signal acquisition module as the auxiliary.The system monitors,preprocesses,and analyzes the key parameters that affect the health of the bridge,and uses the NB-Io T communication network to transmit data to the cloud service program.(2)The MQXLite operating system is transplanted into the terminal software,and reasonablely designed the execution process of the terminal software using the relationship between tasks and interrupts under the operating system to achieve data collection,preprocessing and uploading;using the cloud server listening program as a medium to open up the bridge monitoring system Communication process,at the same time,the database is used to store and manage data;the bridge monitoring data is visualized in the form of a web page,and certain information query and device management functions are provided.(3)The complexity of the installation location and operating environment of the bridge monitoring terminal determines the difficulty of its later software maintenance.Therefore,this article embeds the remote program update function in the bridge monitoring terminal program,and achievies the Hex file analysis and code distribution functions to the cloud service listening program.It also designs frame loss retransmission,breakpoints continued transmission and other mechanisms to ensure the stable data transmission in the communication process.This thesis designs and implements the main software and hardware content of the bridge health on-site monitoring system.After repeated debugging and field environment testing,it proves that the system has good operating performance.This thesis provides a new idea for the in-depth research and development of bridge health monitoring technology,and has certain social,economic,scientific significance and application prospects.
