Design On Intelligent Transformation Of 110kV Substation In Paner Coal Mine,Huainan

Facing the upcoming new round of energy revolution;new power system technology studies are being conducted home and abroad and the concept of smart power grids has been put forward in succession.As the key of power grid energy control and conversion,the level of intelligence of transformer substation determines the height and the future development of intelligentized power system technologies.In addition,Chinese coal mining industry is one of the six high risk industries thus the reliability of power supply system is also an important factor of coal mine production safety.This thesis is mainly a design on the intelligentized reconstruction of the 110 k V transformer substation of Huainan Paner coal mine.Firstly,it introduces the concept of the intelligentized transformer substation as well as its three development phases.By comparing the intelligentized transformer substation with normal automate ones,the technological advantages of the former is systematically summarized.Secondly,the intelligent technology and equipment involved in the process of intelligent substation design are introduced and analyzed.Lastly,concerning electricity demand of Pan 2 coal mine and current status of electricity system around,it comes up with reconstruction solution after technological and economical analysis.Meanwhile,the solution to main connection,primary device selection and the following net design and device layout are confirmed as well as setting calculations for short-circuit current and protective relaying.Based on the analysis of the intelligent substation network architecture and intelligent technology,this paper puts forward the design scheme of intelligent transformation of 110 k V substation in central area of paner coal mine in huainan and puts it into practice.At present,the project has been put into use and the substation is in good condition.
