Study On The Promotion Strategy Of Electric Energy Substitution Technology Based On Complex Network Evolution Game

Electric energy has the advantages of clean,safe,efficient and convenient.Electric energy substitution is of great significance in alleviating the shortage of fossil energy,reducing the generation of urban haze and strengthening the protection of ecological environment.However,restricted by economic,technical and other factors,the development of electric energy substitution is becoming more and more prominent.In this paper,from the perspective of micro enterprises,the game evolution model of electric energy substitution technology based on complex network is established,and the influence of network factors and policy factors on the game evolution process of electric energy substitution technology is discussed from two aspects: the diffusivity of electric energy substitution technology and the average return of enterprise network nodes.According to the research results,when the market demand is certain,the network size of the electric energy replacement enterprise determines the diffusion effect of the electric energy replacement technology.The electric energy replacement technology will be diffused only when the profit of the enterprises adopting electric energy replacement technology is higher than that of the traditional unreformed enterprises.The influence of clean production mark and initial investment on the electric energy substitution technology is limited,which can promote the diffusion results of the game evolution model of electric energy substitution technology.In terms of policies,fines are indispensable.Increasing fines can obviously promote the diffusion of electric energy substitution technology,and government subsidies are positively correlated with the diffusion rate of electric energy substitution technology.Increasing environmental taxes would help to increase the spread of electricityreplacement technologies,but the impact would be far less than that of fines,which are also punitive measures.Finally,based on the discussion and analysis of the model results,some Suggestions on the popularization of electric energy replacement technology are put forward.
