Study On The Village Classification Evaluation And Development Strategy In The Context Of Rural Revitalization

Rural Revitalization Strategy is the national development strategy proposed in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.It is committed to vigorously promoting the construction of rural areas and building a beautiful China,which has gradually become an important goal of China in the year of the 13 th five year plan.Under the background of vigorously developing the land and space planning in our country,the development concept and space measures of Rural Revitalization will be put forward and implemented in different areas of our country,and then vigorously promote the Rural Revitalization from the dimension of land and space planning.The key carrier of the development of rural areas in China is the county,which has also become the key platform for vigorously implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization.In the environment of Vigorously Promoting Rural Revitalization in China,various supporting policies have been issued one after another,and gradually established the key position of county(city)rural construction planning in Rural Revitalization Strategy,committed to the better development of rural construction through the classification of rural areas.Therefore,relying on the development environment of rural revitalization,this paper deeply explores and analyzes the development strategies and evaluation of county villages,so as to effectively improve the quality of village construction.This paper mainly includes four chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly explores the general environment of the Current Rural Revitalization Strategy in China,the policy mechanism issued and implemented by the state,and puts forward the key role of the county rural construction planning in the Rural Revitalization Strategy.The second chapter is a review of relevant research at home and abroad,which generally introduces the specific definitions of county rural construction planning,village development evaluation system,classification type,and references the theoretical achievements and rich practical experience related to village development evaluation,construction planning and layout at home and abroad.The third chapter is to explore the construction of the development evaluation system and construction planning classification system of county villages in the context of Rural Revitalization in China,and to comprehensively consider the construction process of the village development potential rating system from theadministrative village dimension,according to the three types of space in the "multi compliance" and then the village construction planning adopted the strategy of "zoning before classification".The fourth chapter is the practical application of the village development evaluation system and construction planning classification scheme based on the research of Feixi County,and then carry out the classification evaluation in the village of Feixi County.On the basis of the relevant evaluation results,the construction planning types are divided,the classification development mechanism is formulated,and the empirical research and analysis based on the theoretical method is realized.
