Function Renewal And Transformation Of Potential Tourism Villages In Dabie Mountains

Dabie Mountains is the area with largest population size and density in Chinese antipoverty development strategy.The provincial urbanization rate broke through 50% in 2015 indicated that Anhui province has preliminarily stepped into city-type society where urbanrural gap has been further expanded and rural population emigrated to cities.Villages are declining and falling gradually in Dabie Mountains where “hollow village” phenomenon is general.Relying on the coming of “large rural tourism age”,the rural construction of Jinzhai County will improve with great potential since it is the poor county in hinterland of Dabie Mountains and the only house site pilot county in Anhui.First of all,by means of literary analysis and based on national standard,the systematic research on the provincial tourism resources in Jinzhai County is carried out,which concludes the type of major tourism resources in this county with providing theoretical foundation for excavating potential tourism resources.Later,aimed at the villages with tourism potentials in Jinzhai County,first-hand information is obtained with detailed field survey and household interview implemented.Meanwhile,the current status of villages like this and existing problems are researched.And the general rule of its representations is summarized via comparative analysis.This part can be applied as the theoretical reference of research.Secondly,through qualitative analysis,combining with the built-up mature case in this area—Jinzhai Huarun Hope Toen,and integrating into village potential tourism resources and actual development positioning,it preliminarily explores the mode of combining rural construction and tourism product development from three main perspectives,including enhancement of total planning,renewal and transformation of civilian residences,continuation and renewal of exterior space.In addition,it proposes methods and strategies of functional renewal and transformation of potential villages in this region.This part is the core theoretical content of research.At last,the extracted core theory is used as guidance of practical project.Taking the actual projects in Jinzhai County,which is part of Dabie Mountains,as examples—functional renewal design of Haihong Village Group in Mabu Town,and functional renewal as well as transformation design of Shuanghe Village,Shaunghe Town.The former is natural village while the latter is central village.The design is executed step by step from the three principal aspects mentioned above,including the angles of planning,architecture and landscape,so as to vitalize local potential villages,and offer practical case reference to the similar village projects in the future.This part,which tests the rationality and practicability of theoretical strategies,becomes the practical application of research.
