Study On Risk Management Of Main Road Construction Project Of Coal Chemical Industry Base In Anhui Province

With the rapid development of China's economy,the rapid development of science and technology,and the growing prosperity of national strength,China has increased the investment in infrastructure.Road engineering related projects have a certain degree of development in terms of scale,technical level,investment funds or the quality of resources consumed in the process of the project,but there are more and more risk problems.In the construction stage of road engineering project,the risk problems are particularly acute,which have a direct impact on the social and economic development.Therefore,the road engineering construction stage must have the overall situation view,must guard against the wind face,strict supervision,for the city's infrastructure construction standard to do its duty.And risk management is the key link of road engineering project,its management level will seriously affect the management level of the whole road engineering,and even affect the realization of the ultimate goal of road engineering.Therefore,the risk management of road engineering project has become the most important research aspect,but there is little theoretical research on road engineering project risk management in China.The quality of road management often affects whether the whole project can be completed on schedule,and even affects the realization of enterprise's cost and quality and other aspects of objectives.In other words,the smooth progress of road engineering project is an important measure.Both the managers and the constructors of engineering projects should realize the importance of risk management in the construction process of engineering projects,and even say,we should combine the practice and theory in the process of engineering project construction to conduct comprehensive research.Therefore,based on this,starting from the importance and necessity of project risk management,this paper combs the relevant theories of project risk management,studies the main road engineering construction project of industry base in Anhui Province,and summarizes the existing problems after understanding the main road engineering construction project of coal chemical industry base in Anhui Province In this paper,the existing risk factors are analyzed,and the causes and harmfulness of the risk are analyzed.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed for the existing problems.It is hoped that this paper can provide some reference for the risk management of engineering projects.
