In today's society,the contradiction between human activities and natural environment protection is increasingly prominent.The problem of energy consumption and waste also threatens the healthy development of society.As a construction industry with a large proportion of energy consumption in human activities and outstanding environmental problems,it is also facing the problems and responsibilities of energy conservation,emission reduction and green development.During the 13 th Five Year Plan period,China has put forward higher requirements for green building and energy conservation and emission reduction,and in 2019,a new version of "green building evaluation standard" was designated to be issued to accelerate the development of green building.As the operation stage with the longest time proportion and the largest energy consumption proportion in the whole life cycle,we need to use the method of green building evaluation to evaluate this stage in a detailed and scientific way in combination with practice and innovation.Through the field investigation of local and southern buildings in Changchun,the energy consumption data of all kinds of green buildings in operation stage are obtained.Through the experimental detection and research analysis,the importance of operation energy consumption for green buildings is preliminarily understood.Then through the research on the relevant provisions and standards of green building evaluation methods,the construction of green building evaluation system,the process of green building evaluation and practical operation methods and other related basic theories.After the research,it is realized that the intelligent automation of building is developing continuously,and BIM concept and technology have a profound impact on the construction industry.The acquisition,transmission,sharing and analysis of various energy consumption data in the construction operation stage become more and more rapid and efficient.In this way,it needs a set of method system that can analyze the energy consumption data of the construction operation in real time and quickly,and then make evaluation,so as to make the adjustment management and decision-making of the energy consumption of the construction operation.More efficient and rapid,more conducive to the construction industry to achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction,environmental protection.In the construction process of green building operation energy consumption evaluation system,the analytic hierarchy process is applied to solve the weight and importance order of different influencing factors in this level.The outdoor meteorological conditions,building use,construction planning,renewable energy utilization rate,enclosure structure,building equipment and power system index data of the building are analyzed quantitatively,and the intelligent building operation management and the use of building information model are taken as reference factors.After getting the data of each index of the building,the paper analyzes and studies the degree of conformity between the index and the evaluation standard of the evaluation object by mathematical method,and evaluates the evaluation situation and rating level of the building operation energy consumption according to the quantitative data of the degree of conformity.Finally,a practical case study is carried out to verify the feasibility of the application of the evaluation method in the green building operation energy consumption evaluation.The feasible scheme can solve the energy consumption evaluation problem of green building in the operation stage.The evaluation result is not only to evaluate the energy consumption of green building,but also to serve as the reference and basis for building operation and maintenance,so that the green building evaluation is not only at the end of the construction completion time,but also along with the whole life cycle of the building.Help the energy conservation and consumption reduction management of buildings in operation,and promote the deeper development of green buildings.
