| With the gradual deepening of China’s reform and opening up and the establishment of a socialist market economy,China’s pharmaceutical industry has received opportunities for rapid development,and the country’s outstanding funding has promoted the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry.At the same time,there are many types of medicines,and the demand for medicines in emerging markets is increasing.To meet market demands,it is particularly important to change the functional mechanism of medicine storage.This article first analyzes the research status and existing problems of the medical stereoscopic warehouse at home and abroad,and proposes the structure,working principle and control process of the control system of the intelligent medical stereoscopic warehouse based on RFID technology.Secondly,according to the functional requirements and control requirements,the design of stereoscopic warehouse management hardware,including three main parts: detection part,control part and execution part.The detection part uses RFID radio frequency identification technology to identify the information of the medicines in and out of the medical stereo warehouse;the control part uses Siemens S7-1200 PLC as the main control unit to control the operation of the stereoscopic warehouse,and adopts PROFIBUS-DP communication network.The stacker performs its tasks,and the staff can send instructions through the touch screen to control the stacker to complete the transfer of medicine.According to the functional requirements of the operating system of the medicine storage and the functions of the hardware part,the software part completes the drug label recognition according to the control flowchart,writes the RFID data transfer program,judges whether the recognition is successful,and displays it on the touch screen.PLC program block writing includes site programming,stacker automatic control,manual control and other functional module program design.The touch screen system is designed using Win CC software,including the login interface,automatic control operation interface,and manual control operation interface.China’s pharmaceutical industry has received opportunities for rapid development,and the country’s outstanding funding has promoted the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry.Finally,debug the software and hardware parts of the system.Through the research on the above content,from the system to the module,hardware to software,the structure of the medical stereoscopic warehouse and the design of its control system are completed.The system runs stably and achieves the expected goals.The intelligent medical stereoscopic warehouse control system has played an active role in medicine logistics automation,and has certain practicality and practical significance. |
