Automated Stereoscopic Warehouse Stacker In The Structure Design And Control Technology Research

With the logistics service industry develops rapidly, the automated multi-layeredstorehouse is widely used, the development of the related control and detectiontechnology, automated stereoscopic warehouse equipment as research object. This topicwith the logistics center of shenyang institute of technology construction, the automatedmulti-layered storehouse stacker in the structural design and control technology arestudied. The main research content includes the following several parts:1) Analysis tendency of the development of automation stereoscopic warehouse, aswell as research and analysis of the equipment of the stacker.2) According to the technical requirements, determine the structure andperformance parameters of warehouse stacker, design drawing three-dimensionalstructure of the stacker.3) Calculation and analysis for the design of stacker, including stacker calculationand analysis, the strength, stiffness, etc, to see whether meet the working condition.4) Due to the calculation and analysis is to simplify the overall analysis, inorder tounderstand the stress distribution of the stacker, uses the ANSYS analysis software toanalyze the structure of the stacker, mainly for static and modal analysis, understand thestress distribution, combining with the results of the analysis to improve the deficiencyin design.5) To complete the above parts, according to the requirements, design the stackercontrol system and complete the stacker control system software design. Combiningthe control requirements, the stacker touch screen and PC monitor with Wincc Flexibleand Wincc6.0to carry on the design for the monitoring.Complete the stacker design including the structure, control and configuration,installation and debugging stacker, running is good, can satisfy the operatingperformance. In this paper, design of the warehouse stacker, can offer data referencefor high speed small and medium-sized warehouse.
