In enterprise management,spare parts inventory is in an awkward existence.Excessive storage or insufficient storage will cause different levels of waste of resources.Excessive storage will not only occupy a large amount of resources but also increase the risk of spare parts aging and scrapping,resulting in waste;but insufficient storage will.cause spare parts to be out of stock and unable to meet production.The supportive demand may lead to production interruption,and then affect subsequent production efficiency,resulting in a decline in service levels and serious economic losses.Therefore,reasonable spare parts inventory control is particularly important.What needs to be resolved in inventory management is the contradiction between "inventory cost" and "spare.parts supply" to ensure that the storage cost of spare parts is the lowest while meeting the continuity of production.This article takes the spare parts of pump production enterprises as the research.object.According to the functions of spare parts,storage conditions,economy,circulation speed,technical criticality and other conditions,the combination..of qualitative and quantitative methods,this artical uses multi-index fuzzy evaluation method to classify spare parts.The spare parts that are selected by production enterprises are divided into continuous demand A(BC)type spare parts and intermittent demand A(BC)type spare parts according to demand characteristics,consumption characteristics and performance parameters.Different prediction methods are selected according to different spare parts classification.For continuous type A spare parts,.the exponential smoothing method is used to forecast;for continuous type BC spare parts,the weighted moving average method is used to forecast demand;for intermittent type A spare parts,Bayesian statistical method is used to forecast;for intermittent type BC spare parts,the improved.Croston method is used to make predictions.Finally,on the basis of the classification results of pump:spare parts and the prediction results of demand,the inventory strategy is customized for spare parts with different performance parameters and consumption characteristics.(S,S)inventory control strategy for fast-flowing BC spare parts,and(S-1,S)random inventory control strategy for slow-flowing A-type spare parts;(t,S)Stochastic inventory control strategy.This solves the problems of spare parts inspection cycle,spare parts order point and spare parts order quantity in the inventory control strategy.
