Bionic flapping wing aircraft is a kind of new aircraft imitating the flapping wings of birds and insects in nature so as to realize flight.It has the outstanding characteristics of small size,good concealability,light weight,low cost,strong flexibility,easy to carry,simple operation and so on.It has a good application prospect in civil and military fields.In this paper,the beetle with strong flight ability is taken as the research object,and the folding mechanism of the bionic hind wing is designed,the kinematics and mechanics of the folded wing are analyzed,the influence of the motion parameters of the bionic elytra and hind wing on the aerodynamic characteristics is analyzed,the piezoelectric actuator is designed,the transmission mechanism and the fuselage are designed.The research contents are as follows:The structure,flight mechanism and flight motion of birds and insects in nature were analyzed,and the unsteady aerodynamic mechanism of insects producing high lift force was summarized.Based on the observation and study of the rear wing and its folding process,the mechanism of the folding and unfolding process of the rear wing of the yellow dragon Louse was analyzed,the folding scheme of the bionic rear wing was designed based on the four-plane theory,the change rule of dihedral Angle of the bionic folding wing was studied through kinematic analysis,the specific implementing mechanism of the bionic folding wing was designed,and the strength of the mechanism was checked.The mechanical analysis and folding rate calculation of bionic folding wing were carried out.Based on the dimension parameters of the yellow edge dragon lice,simulation models of the bionic elytra and the bionic hind wings are established.The XFlow fluid dynamics simulation platform is used to analyze the effects of the ratio of the down elytra and up time on the lift force,wing surface pressure and eddy currents around the wing during the cycle,and to study the effects of the bionic elytra on the aerodynamic characteristics of the bionic hind wings.The impact of the flutter phase difference between the bionic elytra and the bionic hind wings,the amplitude of the bionic Elytra and the amplitude of the bionic hind wings on the overall aerodynamic lift is analyzed,so as to determine the flutter phase difference between the bionic Elytra and the bionic hind wings and their respective amplitudes.The actuator of bionic flapping wing aircraft was designed,and the formulas for calculating the deflection and Angle of the piezoelectric actuator output were derived.The width and extension length of the piezoelectric actuator were optimized to reduce the uneven stress distribution of the piezoelectric actuator.The formulas for calculating the maximum deflection and mechanical energy of the piezoelectric actuator output after the trapezoidal change width and additional extension were derived.The flapping mechanism and fuselage of bionic flapping wing aircraft are designed.
