| With the continuous development of social economy and science and technology,the quantity and quality of demand for wind turbine products have also increased.Enterprise C is an important part of domestic fan products-one of the main manufacturers of moving impeller products.At present,due to the increasingly fierce competition in the moving impeller industry,although the market demand is still constantly increasing,but consumers have stricter and stricter quality requirements,Company C is determined to adjust its production and operation strategy,and it has shifted from the previous emphasis on capacity improvement to the focus on product quality.This article mainly improves the product quality by applying the management method of Lean Six Sigma to the production process of moving impeller.Based on the analysis of the production status and product characteristics of enterprise C,the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC model method and the concept of lean production were combined.First,the main quality problems and customer needs of enterprise C’s impeller products were identified through the Pareto chart,and identified the main processes that affect product quality management through the SIPOC chart,use measurement system analysis,process capability analysis,and failure mode and effects analysis to identify potential causes of two major quality problems: mold spot,rust,and radial / end jump tolerance of the moving impeller product of Enterprise C.Combined with FMEA analysis,hypothesis testing,and variance analysis to determine the main influencing factors and the main direction of improvement;then based on the results of FMEA analysis to quickly improve,and based on the main influencing factors of the product,based on the process analysis of the product production process,the process is optimized according to the ECRS principle,and the optimal process parameters of riveting in the production process of the product are found through design of experimental to improve the processing quality.Finally,the effect of the improvement is evaluated,and control measures for product quality are proposed.The analysis of the data and the drawing of related charts in this paper are mainly realized by the Minitab tool.This article not only applies Lean Six Sigma in the production management process,makes Enterprise C to achieve a good quality improvement of the moving impeller product,reduces the customer complaint rate and product rework rate,lessen the quality loss cost of the enterprise,and reduces the waste in the production process,and improves the efficiency of the enterprise.At the same time,it has certain reference significance for the implementation of Lean Six Sigma in manufacturing enterprises. |
