Study On Performance Evaluation Of Rurals In Metropolitan Inner Suburbs

In recent years,the country has paid more and more attention to the countryside.Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization,there has been a boom in the construction of beautiful countryside.Throughout the rural construction completed in this stage,the environment has been improved,but the construction level is uneven,the development is not comprehensive,and some villages have not achieved the expected effect of Rural Revitalization.In this context,it is necessary to establish an evaluation system with feedback and guidance functions to evaluate the performance of the existing rural construction,to provide guidance value for the rational allocation of the limited resources in the later rural construction,to meet the social needs,and to improve the effectiveness of rural construction.social structure has been destroyed,and the "Ecology-Production-Life" space has been constantly evolving and reconstructing,resulting in a series of social problems.Due to the same location characteristics and similar problems faced by suburban villages in metropolitan,this paper takes the rural construction in this area as the research object to carry out the evaluation,summary and analysis work,in order to provide reference for the same type of rural construction in the next stage.The research focuses on the analysis and method induction of the existing rural construction evaluation from the perspective of multi-disciplinary fields,and makes a detailed analysis of the framework,index selection,index weight and other contents of the evaluation system.Based on the comprehensive policy documents and the characteristics of suburban villages in big cities,the effectiveness evaluation system of suburban rural construction in big cities is constructed from the four dimensions of industrial economy,environmental construction,social culture and public rights and interests by using analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method.On this basis,the study takes Luojiafen village in Beijing and the Raocheng village in Hangzhou as research samples,and applies the evaluation system to the construction of two villages.Through the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods,evaluate the rural construction effectiveness of Luojiafen village and Raocheng village,and analyze the construction and development level from multiple dimensions.At the same time,the feasibility and scientificity of the evaluation system are verified from the side,which contributes to the theoretical research of rural construction evaluation and provides theoretical reference for the practice of suburban rural construction in big cities.
