The stainless steel sandwich plate structure is a new type of building structure system similar to the honeycomb plate.The structure is formed by brazing and welding two upper and lower panels of stainless steel and thin-walled pipes arranged at a certain interval between the panels.The slats isolated from the stainless steel sandwich plate are similar to the Castellated beams.The stainless steel sandwich plates skillfully combine the excellent structural characteristics of both the honeycomb panels and the Castellated beams.Many excellent properties of the stainless steel materials are also applied to the structural system..This kind of structural system is prefabricated by factory prefabricated standard parts,and then the standard parts are processed to form beams,plates,columns and walls,which are assembled at the construction site,which is in line with the trend of vigorously developing the assembled structure in China.The stainless steel sandwich plate structure is a new type of building structure stress system.At present,there is no relevant design specification or national standard to guide the system design,so it is very necessary to study its structural performance.When the stainless steel sandwich plate is used as a one-way plate,the force of the panel and the core tube is very complicated,and the research on the bending performance is particularly important,which provides a basis for the design and application of the stainless steel sandwich plate one-way plate.The specific work of this paper is as follows:(1)Using the virtual work method to simplify the analysis of the strips taken out from the stainless steel sandwich board,based on the virtual work principle,the deflection calculation of the sandwich strip is theoretically derived,and the simple support of the opposite side is concentrated in the middle of the span.The calculation formula for the maximum deflection in the mid-span under load and full-span load.Through the internal force analysis of the simplified steel frame of the slats,when the sandwich slabs are subjected to concentrated loads and full-span loads,the slats are divided into different unit types,and the panels are given on this basis.Calculate the formula of the strength with the core tube.(2)Through the bending performance test of the simply supported plate of the stainless steel sandwich plate,the failure mode of the simply supported plate of the stainless steel sandwich plate is obtained.The load-deflection curve of four specimens is obtained through experiments.,load-strain curve,and further obtain the inflection point load and extreme point load of different test pieces.(3)The finite element calculation results of the bending performance test of the simply supported plate of the stainless steel sandwich plate are in good agreement with the experimental results,verifying the correctness of the model establishment,and on this basis,the force of the simply supported plate on the opposite side of the stainless steel sandwich plate The mechanism was studied.(4)The finite element model of different parameters was established by ABAQUS.The effects of different core tube outer diameter d,core tube wall thickness tw,core tube longitudinal spacing lmx,core tube lateral spacing lny and panel thickness tf on the deflection and strength of the sandwich board were analyzed.In the study,the deflection amplification factor ? was fitted,and the deflection formula was verified by the test results and the finite element calculation results.The stress concentration factor ? was discussed.The core tube strength formula was verified by finite element results.
