Research On Petri Net Modeling And Business Process Reengineering Based On The Total Relationship Flow Management Theorem

This paper chooses Company A,a start-up enterprise in the home decoration industry,as the research object,to model and reengineering the business process,to measure the effect of reengineering by comparing the process indicators before and after it,and to provide suggestions for subsequent improvement.In this paper,a Petri net modeling method based on the total relationship flow management theorem(TRFMT)is proposed to illustrate that the essence of business process reengineering is the analysis and redesign of relationship flow.Petri net has advantages in static analysis,dynamic simulation and information processing,but it has low comprehensibility and high difficulty in modeling,there is still a gap in the existing literature on Petri net modeling of business processes in methodological guidance.The relationship between flows described in Petri nets is equivalent to the interaction factor of relationship in the total relationship flow.In view of this,this paper takes the total relationship flow management as the theoretical basis of Petri net modeling,and proposes a method of Petri net modeling and reorganization of business processes,which is applied to the practice of Company A.On the basis of describing the business process of Company A,the research level of process reengineering and the entities that are in effect are determined,and the total relationship flow chart of business process is drawn.By sorting out the factors of information flow,material flow,capital flow and so on,the Petri net model of enterprise business process is constructed.Petri net model analysis method can identify inappropriate relationship flow structures such as sequence,concurrency,selection,conflict and so on.Their corresponding optimization principles can lay a foundation for the analysis and redesign of relationship flow.Taking parameters into the model,the Petri nets are transformed into a stochastic net.By using the mathematical analysis method of Markov chain,which is isomorphic with the model,the system performance indexes before and after process reengineering can be calculated and further analyzed.
