| Development from extensive economy to intensive economy has become the mainstream of current social development.Energy saving and emission reduction not only have great significance for social development,but also help improve the economic benefits of enterprises.Solar cell manufacturing enterprises are energy-consuming production units.This paper mainly focuses on the energy-saving transformation of a solar cell manufacturing enterprise.By analyzing the specific situation of the enterprise,the transformation of energy saving and emission reduction from transformer,aerodynamic system and solar photovoltaic power generation system is proposed.The transformation methods of these three parts are analyzed respectively.An energy saving integrated control system is designed,which can monitor the operation of the above three units and the overall power consumption of the plant.The data collected by the system can be combined with the actual production data to realize the real-time analysis of the production/energy consumption of the plant.The paper first introduces the background of the topic and the source of the project.On this basis,the original energy consumption data of the solar cell manufacturer are analyzed,and the related energy consumption in the production process is clarified.Through energy consumption analysis,it is determined that the tangent machine and its auxiliary equipment,air compressor and freezer,are the main power consumption equipment of the whole workshop,and the power consumption is about 75% ~ 80%.According to the conclusion,this paper puts forward a specific plan of energy saving transformation.Secondly,the energy saving design is discussed from transformer,aerodynamic system and solar photovoltaic system.Change the operation mode of two transformers in the factory to reduce the energy consumption of transformers;This paper analyzes the working mode and energy consumption of the air compression system,discusses the problems existing in the current control mode,condensate discharge and pressure value setting,and proposes a control mode based on PLC frequency conversion technology to change the power system,so as to reduce energy consumption.The energy saving design of solar power generation system is realized by optimizing the arrangement of photovoltaic array and replacing grid-connected inverter.The design of energy saving integrated control system is completed.The solution of the visual plant operation monitoring management system and the realization of each unit operation monitoring are analyzed.The overall design of the energy saving control system and the overall structure of the system as well as the field data acquisition and control system are discussed.The equipment selection and realization of new function units such as power quality monitoring unit and sensor unit are discussed.Finally,the hardware circuit design of the energy-saving control system is analyzed.Finally,the energy saving effect of the system is calculated.The energy saving calculation of the aerodynamic system and the economic benefit calculation after the transformation of solar photovoltaic power generation are discussed respectively.Finally,the overall energy saving effect is analyzed.Through the analysis,it can be seen that the energy saving and emission reduction effect of the system is significant,and the annual benefit created for the company reaches 180,000/10,000 sets. |
