High voltage inverter refers to the voltage level above 3KV(abroad)as well as in the 6KV above(domestic)power control device,the principle of work is mainly through the adjustment of frequency so as to enable enterprises to energy-saving emission reduction.For example,large mining production plant,petrochemical industry,municipal water supply,iron and steel metallurgy,electric power and other industries a variety of fan,water pump,compressor,rolling mill,high energy consuming industries,widely application of high voltage inverter.Since the introduction of China in 1985,has more than 30 years of history,has been showing steady growth,great market potential.In 2011 the French electrical giant Schneider electric Beijing decided to buy Edward Li Fu electrical technology limited company(hereinafter referred to as the Edward Li Fu),want to use the domestic high frequency leading enterprises successfully enter the market.But after 2013,the national major industry affected by the economic environment factors,energy saving needs of enterprises with changes of state environmental factors and the high voltage inverter and the saturation of the market also slowed down,and the competition has become increasingly fierce,the inverter manufacturers have started to develop new products into the domestic market to go.At this point,the market competition has gradually begun to show a high,medium and low-end pattern.Leigh Edward Phu for the new environment,new markets,launched the "ATV" and "Harvest" two series of products in response to different market needs.But the market reaction of the two series of products is not warm,also did not reach the expected effect,once the sales decline,even the "Harvest" series was from the market share of the first sales decline,exit before the throne of the three.The paper based on the related theory of industrial marketing theory and marketing combination strategy,through to the Beijing Edward Fu electrical technology limited company marketing strategy research on mergers and acquisitions after profit Edward Fu electrical internal environment,analyze the demand and competitive environment,and realize the company in the industry advantage as well as the disadvantages,combined with changes in consumer demand,the company's own situation to put forward the problems and improvement of marketing strategy.The final recommendations,recommend Edward Fu company in the domestic market focus on the strategy of product brand positioning,product value-added products improve,accelerate the development speed,to open up new market,then improve on these aspects,and Edward Fu could regain its original leading position in the domestic market,only may continue to expand market share in the future.
