Research And Implementation Of Test Data Management System For Heavy Machinery Products

With the development of national construction machinery industry and the continuous renewal and iteration of series products,and the increasingly fierce market competition and the rapid process of globalization,the market puts forward higher retrospective requirements for the data of research and development,test and production of construction machinery products.The existing R&D,design and production process will produce a large number of different types of test data in various environments.The traditional management methods of these data are independent and decentralized,which poses great challenges to the standardized management of the test process,the centralized extraction and secondary utilization of test data.The units I work in have many products,scattered test sites,complicated test types and various test instruments.The problems of improper allocation of resources,incomplete data acquisition and improper use of historical data are often encountered in the test work.Therefore,it is particularly important for the collection of test data and the standardized management of the test process.Test data management generally refers to the management process of all output data generated in the whole life cycle of the test.It mainly includes three categories: theoretical data before the test,collected data during the test and analytical data after the test.The full and reasonable utilization of these data is an urgent problem to be solved by the system.Based on the research and development,design and test business,taking the information system platform as the blueprint,and through sufficient field research,this paper tries to analyze the overall design,function and non-functional requirements of the system on the basis of the modern experimental information data management system and test management theory,so as to complete the overall framework of the system,and test the system in detail.The functions of data sharing platform,data publishing application appraisal platform,test resource coordination center,test business statistics platform and corresponding database are designed in detail,and the related functions are realized by code.Through the platform deployment of the five stages of "project start-up,project preparation,project implementation,data processing and test summary" throughout the test cycle,the system achieves the comprehensive management of "test process" and "test data",realizes the informationization requirements of all aspects of product test,and thus meets the new market environment for the number of trials of heavy machinery manufacturing enterprises.According to the requirement of intelligent management,the second sublimation of enterprise business has contributed to the informatization construction of heavy machinery industry to a certain extent.
