Development And Application Of Vehicle Test Data Management System

With the development of science and technology,automobile industry and automobile products have made rapid development.More and more new technologies appear on the automotive products,which not only increases the difficulty of the research and design of automotive products,but also makes the vehicle test and test data have a sharp growth.In this case,the enterprise can not achieve the unified management of test data,therefore,how to achieve the unified management and efficient use of vehicle test data has become a major problem in the development of enterprises.In order to solve the difficult problem of automotive test data management and analysis,based on PREEvision software,this paper analysis the automobile test process and the test method of data management,help enterprises to solve the existing problems in the management of test data.According to the literature and business research,this paper comprehensively analysis the status of the test data management features and enterprise of vehicle test data,and based on the function requirement of computer aided test data management system is analyzed.This paper determine difficulites of development of tese data management system.In order to achieve the goal of test data management,this paper puts forward the test data management scheme based on PREEvision software,and analyzes the application method and process of software in data management.By combining a domestic new energy automotive functional test project,test requirements,test items in the test specifications,test implementation and test execution data in PREEvision software to establish the data management model,and using PREEvision software tools for data analysis,statistical analysis of the implementation of test results.Through the analysis of the application of PREEvision in the test project and the gap between the ideal data management system,this paper determine the development of content for the bulk data import function,test coverage check function,data analysis function.According to the development content,this paper identifies new software functions,architecture and development platform,combined with the analysis results of PREEvision development technology and the hash algorithm in large data processing speed advantage,the algorithm model is built using PREEvision development platform,finally realizes the functions of the software development.In this paper,the use of PREEvision test data management tools and PREEvision based on the development platform,to achieve the management of test data,and to meet the needs of the enterprise unified management of test data.
