Research On Application Of Construction Cost Control Based On BIM And Value Engineering

At present,China's construction industry has problems such as low informationization,lagging technology and management mode,and low cost control concept,which has led to long-term low efficiency and high waste in the construction industry.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction cost control of construction projects.In particular,the construction phase is the main stage of resource consumption,and its cost control affects the profitability of the project.Value engineering directly affects the construction project construction cost.Therefore,carrying out value engineering during the construction phase can reduce costs and increase project value.Building Information Modeling(BIM)is a new technology that has been vigorously promoted in China in recent years.Its functions of visualization,collision detection,construction simulation and information platform greatly promote the application of value engineering in construction projects.Therefore,the introduction of BIM technology and value engineering to solve the cost control problem in the construction phase provides new ideas and methods for cost control in the construction industry.This paper applies BIM technology and value engineering to the cost control of construction project construction phase,optimizes the plan,improves the function,and finally controls the construction cost.Based onthis,the main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Through the domestic and foreign literatures,summarize the application status of BIM technology and value engineering in the cost control of construction industry,analyze the concept and characteristics of BIM technology,value engineering,construction cost control,and put forward the current domestic construction cost.The problems existing in the control analyze the relationship between BIM technology and value engineering in construction cost control,and introduce BIM technology and value engineering into the construction phase of construction project to solve the cost control problem.(2)Constructing a construction cost control system based on BIM and value engineering.Before the construction,first establish a BIM model,integrate the professional BIM models and conduct collision inspections,find problems and construction difficulties in advance,and reduce rework.When the target cost is determined,the weight of each functional element is obtained by the improved entropy weight analytic hierarchy process.The BIM model is imported into the BIM related calculation and the pricing software to obtain the cost data,and finally the improved value engineering is obtained,and the improved value engineering is used to determine the target.Cost;in construction,application value engineering to select material procurement plan,construction organization design plan optimization,and use BIM virtualconstruction technology to optimize the construction plan;after construction,establish enterprise BIM case database,and analyze BIM technology and value at the same time The application obstacles in the construction cost control of the project and suggestions are made to make cost control more effective.(3)Through the CJ building project case verification BIM and value engineering construction cost control system,the cost control effect of CJ building was analyzed from three stages before,during and after construction,and the CJ building was better.Technical and economic benefits.The research results verify the effectiveness and practicability of BIM and value engineering in the cost control of construction projects.Finally,it summarizes the shortcomings of this research and puts forward the prospects for future research and development.
