The Research Of Cost Management In Construction Phase Of Engineering Project Based On BIM

Construction industry is one of the important pillar industries of our national economy,which plays an important strategic role in the national economic system Since the reform and opening up,the construction industry has maintained a rapid and stable development momentum,which has played an important role in promoting economic development and maintaining social stability.With the rapid development of the construction industry,problems such as large volume of construction projects,complex construction technology,various equipment systems,rising cost of raw materials and labor have brought great challenges to the traditional construction cost management.Therefore,how to reduce the cost and improve the competitiveness of enterprises is an important research topic for all construction enterprises.The emergence and promotion of building information model provides technical support for improving the current extensive traditional construction cost management and solving the problems faced by construction enterprises.It plays an important role and significance in improving the work efficiency and resource utilization of the construction industry,improving the level of project cost management and accelerating the transformation of building model.This paper begins with the introduction of the research background of Building Information Modeling in China,Firstly,review of Research on Cost Plan cost plan and cost control,then,summarizes the information of Building Information Modeling,and then set the BIM5D,after that build the cost management organization of H Project.Based on the model,introduces the practical application of building information model in the project through cost planning and cost control analysis of actual engineering cases,and proves the application value of building information model technology in the construction cost planning and control.Finally,through the summary of all the above contents,the research conclusions are drawn and the application of building information model technology in construction cost management is prospected.
