Study Of Village Protection And Renewal In Cultural Landscape Heritage Area

As the "Great Heritage Countries" with the largest amount of world heritage,China has a long way to become a "Powerful Heritage Countries " in terms of heritage protection.The concept of heritage protection has not yet been popularized,so that the protection of villages in cultural landscape heritage areas is not taken seriously.With the successful application of the Huashan Rock Art Cultural Landscape,the village tourism boom in the heritage area continues to rise,the growing demand for tourism functions is becoming more and more serious with the hollowing out of the village,the traditional style is alienated,the characteristic culture is declining,and the construction of public facilities is backward.The current situation of the village has contradictions.In order to solve the village dilemma in the heritage area,it is necessary to study the protection and renewal of the villages in the cultural landscape heritage area.From the perspective of the protection and utilization of cultural landscape heritage,this paper conducts research through literature reading,case analysis,field research,interview investigation and other methods.Firstly,it studies and analyzes relevant theories at home and abroad,sorts out international conventions,charters,declarations,domestic laws and regulations,and local laws and regulations related to world cultural landscape heritage,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of foreign village heritage protection models,and protects existing villages in China.Secondly,study the case of six domestic and foreign world cultural heritage villages and analyzes the outline of its heritage,the value of the heritage and the protection and updating of the heritage,and summarizes the places worth learning.Then,based on the research of heritage value standards,factors and their correlations,select the topography and landforms,the agricultural production factors,the overall pattern of the village,the architecture and construction techniques,the public space and the landscape,and the culture.The six elements of traditional and intangible cultural heritage are analyzed,combined with the analysis of the needs of villagers and tourists,to find out the problems of the village heritage of cultural landscape.Finally,on the basis of the previous theories,cases,research on the value elements and the analysis of the status quo,it is proposed that the primary task of protecting and updating the villages in the cultural landscape heritage area is to protect the core values of the village,as well as the authenticity and integrity,culture and geography.The four principles of sexuality,suitability and sustainability,intensiveness and sharing,and the practice of protecting and updating the villages in the heritage area,including the evaluation of the heritage value and the protection of the hierarchy,and the protection of the overall spatial sequence of the village.Reconstruction,protection and renewal design of traditional dwellings,protection and renewal of village public space,unification of spatial color characteristics,protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,and establishment of sound management and operation mechanisms.It is hoped that the principles and strategies for the protection and renewal of village heritage can guide the future protection and development of the villages in the Huashan Rock Art Cultural Landscape,and provide some reference and reference for the protection and renewal of other cultural landscape villages.
