According to the available documents of urban space planning,spatial location information and semi-structured interview data,based on a comprehensive research method including natural language processing,GIS kernel density analysis and content analysis,this paper analyzed the shaping of mixed use of urban space with the construction of Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport project,along with its aggregation form and organization mechanism in both the macro-micro perspective.Results showed as followed:? Taking the construction of Qingdao new airport as an opportunity,the use of mixed urban space with various forms of expression has been formed: The use of mixed space in the new airport area is characterized by the balanced distribution of highconcentration land with multi-functional logistics,commercial service and residential areas.The mixed space use of the old airport "Future City" is represented by the introduction of new elements and the interaction and coordination of fine-grained compact land use aggregation.The use of mixed space in the airport traffic corridor is manifested as the sharing of land resources during the development of multi-functional center activity nodes.? The organizational mechanism of urban mixed space use in the construction process of Qingdao new airport large-scale project is showed as follows: The new airport uses the high-density mixed space from top to bottom with the project cluster as the carrier.Mixed space use for fine-grained livability redevelopment of old airports is driven by ecological construction.The airport transportation corridor is a mixed-use shared space dominated by real estate.They form the interactive governance mode of regional image building,stakeholder investment and multi-level cross-border cooperation.It reflects the characteristics of compound development and space sharing under the guidance of government decision and space self-organization.? Qingdao adopts the policy guidance based on the project development vision and the multi-level cross-border cooperation governance model to comprehensively promote the use of mixed urban space in the three main regions,and supports the transformation of the whole society to participate in sustainable development.The process has three main characteristics: goal-measure integration,macro-micro policy coordination,and upstream-downstream cooperation.It is very important to stimulate consensus formation and construct cooperation mechanism in the process of regional development based on project construction.The above organizational mechanism and governance model can provide reference for similar regions to promote the transformation of urban mixed space use based on large-scale project construction.? Based on the functional,institutional and symbolic principles of urban governance,it is beneficial to explore the aggregation form and organizational mechanism of the mixed space use in "second-tier airport" cities for urban space governance,such as relevant space planning and policy making,as well as the coordination of space allocation.Compared with the metropolitan "first-tier airport",its public-private partnership and public participation are more important,and project investment and engineering market will have a greater impact on the development of urban space led by real estate.Its positive regional image building will make social stakeholders see the future more clearly to attract more capital investment.On this basis,new aviation parks will take the lead in development and old ones will be revitalized quickly.
