Research On Inter-provincial Competitiveness Evaluation Of Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Industry In China

As the core of the Fourth Industrial Revolution,Intelligent Manufacturing(IM)provides great opportunities for the development and transformation of various countries and regions,and becomes the focus of competition among countries.As the world's largest manufacturing country,China has also put forward the national strategy of Made in China 2025,which plans to transform China from a manufacturing country to a manufacturing power in the next 30 years,and orientates "intelligent manufacturing" as the main direction of China's manufacturing transformation.As the core of intelligent manufacturing,the frontier of equipment manufacturing industry and the foundation of manufacturing industry,intelligent equipment manufacturing industry has become the competitive goal of advanced industrial countries.With the deep integration of the new generation of information technology and manufacturing industry,the development of China's intelligent equipment manufacturing industry has made remarkable progress,and key technical equipment such as high-end CNC machine tools,industrial robots and intelligent instruments have made significant progress,and industrial competitiveness has been significantly enhanced.As an important development direction of high-end equipment manufacturing industry,intelligent equipment manufacturing industry is an important embodiment of the deep integration of information technology and industrialization.Its development is of great significance to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry,which is conducive to improving production efficiency,product quality and technology level,reducing energy consumption and reducing pollution,and is of great significance for realizing the intelligent and green development of the manufacturing process.However,the level of industrial competitiveness of the intelligent equipment manufacturing industry in various regions of China,and the improvement in the planning of developing intelligent equipment manufacturing industry in different regions still need further study.In order to study the level of inter-provincial competitiveness of China's intelligent equipment manufacturing industry,this paper first clarifies the relevant concepts of the intelligent equipment manufacturing industry and industrial competitiveness through the study of domestic and foreign papers,and deeply understands the relevant theories involved in the study;secondly,it comprehensively understands the development status and industrial characteristics of the national and provincial regional intelligent equipment manufacturing industry.On this basis,the index system and model method for comprehensive evaluation of the inter-provincial competitiveness level of China's intelligent equipment manufacturing industry are constructed.Finally,the quantitative research is carried out according to the index system and model method constructed,and the final research results are scientifically classified to clarify the regional distribution and development status of China's intelligent equipment manufacturing industry.In this process,the innovation of the research is mainly to construct the evaluation system of the inter-provincial competitiveness of the intelligent equipment manufacturing industry,and to scientifically measure and evaluate the competitiveness of the intelligent equipment manufacturing industry in the provinces and urban areas of our country by using modern multivariate statistical methods.Using quantitative analysis method to grasp the development status of the competitiveness of the intelligent equipment manufacturing industry in the provinces of our country,helps formulating the strategy of regional economic development to promote the competitive advantage of China's intelligent equipment manufacturing industry and enhance its level of development in the whole country.Finally,it will provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for regional overall planning and scientific development.
