| With the rapid development of economic globalization and the continuous progress of science and technology,the most important factor in the development and competition of enterprises is human resources.The implementation of a scientific and effective staff incentive system is the most effective guarantee to enhance staff cohesion,mobilize staff enthusiasm and fully tap the potential of employees,thus promoting the efficiency of enterprises,but also an important condition to retain and attract more talents to join.At present,the related research projects of employee incentive system in our country are increasing gradually,and more attention is paid to the construction of effective and scientific incentive system.There are differences between Chinese enterprises,and many problems will appear in the process of implementation.Therefore,we need to pay close attention to and improve the employee incentive system in time.YYXJ company is taken as the research object and relevant theory as the research basis.Through the research and analysis of the current incentive system of YYXJ company through the combination of field investigation and interview,we find out the current situation and a series of problems in the implementation of employee incentive system in YYXJ company.All these practical problems are the key factors that restrict YYXJ company to implement employee incentive system more effectively and reasonably.On the basis of finding out the problems,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems,and analyzes the components of the staff incentive system,from the salary system,performance appraisal system,staff training system,employee welfare,career planning system and other aspects of the optimization design plan in turn.Besides,the optimization design of employee incentive system scheme of YYXJ company is also studied and analyzed from the modules of organization management,cultural construction,information system,supervision and publicity,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of employee incentive system in YYXJ company.According to the guidance of the relevant theory of incentive system,and fully combined with the actual development of YYXJ enterprises,continuous in-depth research,according to local conditions,targeted design can adapt to the company’s scientific and complete system of employee incentive system.can improve the enthusiasm of employees,meet the needs of employees,enhance the endogenous motivation of employees,so as to improve the comprehensive ability and quality of existing employees.This study can not only provide some experience for the same type of enterprises,but also enrich the relevant theory promotion and practice,and has a high academic value. |
