"Red and blue" confrontation simulation is one of the important subjects in the daily training of troops.The confrontation level can range from single-ship combat to multi-arms joint combat.In any case,the simulation of trajectory modeling is the key.Excellent ballistic models can estimate the simulation results accurately and quickly.At this stage,due to the difficulty in obtaining the missile's own parameters and operating condition parameters,the principle-based ship-to-ship missile trajectory simulation models ideally simplify some of their own parameters and operating conditions,making it difficult to describe the missile itself and complex changes in weather,environment and other impact,can not meet the needs of "red and blue" countermeasure simulation deduction well.With the continuous development of machine learning and data mining methods,trajectory modeling of ship-to-ship missiles based on field data will become a new method to meet the needs of simulation deduction.This paper takes typical ship-to-ship missiles as an example,and proposes a trajectory modeling and simulation method for the ship-to-ship missile attack process based on field data.The main content of this paper is as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the principle of the typical ship-to-ship missile flight process,missile flight process is divided into two sections,the self-control section and the self-guide section,with the missile seeker radar turned on.Combining the field data and flight mechanism to analyze the flight process,lay the foundation for choosing the appropriate method to build the model.(2)Modeling the self-control section trajectory of a typical ship-to-ship missile: Based on the analysis of the flight process,a method for establishing a typical ship-to-ship missile trajectory model based on field data is proposed.Taking into account the impact of the missile principle and environment on the basis of flight process analysis.Taking the missile launching scheme and launching environment information as the input of the model training set.Use the least squares polynomial to piecewise fit the missile velocity-time curve to obtain the flight velocity coefficient as the output of the model training set.Using the particle swarm optimized least squares support vector machine to model the velocity of the missile's automatic control section based on the training set data,and then combining the missile's routing command to the velocity integration to obtain the trajectory of the typical ship-to-ship missile self-control section.(3)Modeling the self-guide section trajectory of a typical ship-to-ship missile: Considering the radar search and acquisition process as a classification problem,taking the current positional relationship of the projectile and the launch environment information as the input of the model training set.Whether the target is captured by the missile as the output of the model training set.NBTree method is used to establish the missile target capture model.The proportional guidance model is established to obtain the missile trajectory of the self-guided section.Use field data to simulate the established model,results have high credibility after verification and validation.Thus the model and simulation methods designed in this paper can meet the needs of the simulation deduction of research training,also a good complement for the actual field training measurement.
