Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of SSGF Construction Cost

With the development of our social economy,the construction industry has achieved unprecedented development,due to China's overall level continues to improve,industrialization construction has very good development prospect.In recent years,China also vigorously promote the industrialization of construction in the building,but because of the high cost and low degree of standardization,so it has little effect.Under the background of hindering the development of industrial buildings and facing the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,industrial buildings need to be reformed.Through the research and practice of relevant enterprises,it is found that SSGF construction system not only has the excellent characteristics of building industrialization,but also incorporates the new ideas of modern architecture.It has the characteristics of scientific and technological innovation,safety sharing,green sustainability,high quality and efficiency.In response to China's policy call,the system has attracted the attention of the industry.Although the SSGF system is still in its infancy,some enterprises are experimenting with its application.While studying SSGF construction system,this paper finds out the influencing factors of traditional industrial construction cost through literature analysis,combines the characteristics of SSGF with practical cases,initially finds out the influencing factors system of its construction cost,and optimizes the system through questionnaire survey method.Finally,the influencing factors system of the construction cost of SSGF with 6 main cost influencing factors and 14 specific influencing factors was determined.The AHP-Critic combination weighting method is used to empower the influencing factors,and the weight of each influence factor on the cost is obtained,which clearly reflects the importance of various influencing factors to SSGF construction cost control.Finally,combined with the above research,ABC management method is used to classify the influencing factors,and management suggestions are put forward for key management factors of category A,which can provide practical reference for project managers and promote the development of SSGF construction system in China.Through this study,we can provide the key points and ideas for SSGF construction project cost management,so that managers can quickly judge the impact of cost factors on construction costs,and quickly reflect the factors that have a greater impact,which is conducive to the development of industrial buildings.
