| Since China issued guidelines to vigorously develop prefabricated buildings and carry out quality improvement,Major developers across the country actively responded and launched related measures for the construction industry’s management methods and construction technology innovation.Traditional construction production methods have serious waste of resources,many quality defects and serious environmental pollution,and it is imperative to improve the construction level.In 2018,there were a number of new construction technologies integrated in China,pursuing Safe&Share,Sci-tech,Green,High Quality,and Fine.High-quality construction system,that is,SSGF construction system.Although this construction system solves the common quality problems that are common in domestic buildings,but The high construction cost is one of the main reasons for the rapid and large-scale application of the construction system in China.Therefore,analyzing and controlling the cost of the construction system is currently the focus of attention.In this context,this article through the following steps of research,with a view to helping the construction system reduce costs.First,the background,research purpose and significance of the paper are introduced,and the related concepts and theories that constitute the SSGF construction system are summarized and the advantages of the construction system are demonstrated.Secondly,by analyzing the cost composition of the construction system and the cost composition of traditional cast-in-situ construction buildings,and analyzing the direct cost difference between the SSGF construction system building and the traditional cast-in-situ construction building based on actual cases,the cost of the SSGF construction system is determined Incremental source.Thirdly,by summing up the influencing factors of the SSGF construction system cost in the four aspects of design,production,installation,and management,using AHP and Critic method to determine the weight of each influencing factor,and the degree of influence of each influencing factor on the SSGF construction system cost is obtained,The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to score the current status of the SSGF construction system cost,and it is obtained that the current cost development status of the SSGF construction system is still at a low level.Finally,the cost optimization model of the SSGF construction system based on value engineering is constructed.Using practical cases,it is obtained that the SSGF construction system has the highest value coefficient in the range of 45%-60%of the prefabrication rate.From the analysis of the four influencing factors,Put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for the cost optimization of SSGF construction system.This article provides theoretical support for the analysis of the cost of the SSGF construction system and its influencing factors.It explores the data and theoretical support for improving the prefabrication rate of the SSGF construction system under the existing industry conditions and technical conditions.Cost provides corresponding suggestions and countermeasures,which has important practical significance and application value for real estate developers in the current situation. |
