Dalian Changxing Island has many high-tech enterprises and emerging industries,and the requirements of power supply reliability and power quality are constantly improving.The demand of electric energy is large,so the disadvantage of using 10 kV power supply is gradually highlighted.After using 20 kV voltage for power supply,it can greatly alleviate the shortcomings of small energy transfer energy,low energy transmission efficiency and small service area in the 10 kV voltage level power supply process,which has high application value.This paper first analyzes the research status of 20 kV distribution network system at home and abroad,focusing on the status of distribution network in Changxing Island,analyzing the feasibility of upgrading 20 kV distribution network,and completing the distribution of 20 kV distribution network.The planning and designing of the network proposes the “radiation + contact” upgrading scheme for the 20 kV distribution network power supply and the lightning protection planning for the distribution network with the “sense arrester intelligent monitoring” as the core,and the “stratified grading” 20 kV distribution network architecture design.And designing of the communication and automation system of the distribution network,finally summarizing the actual operation of the 20 kV distribution network in Changxing Island,Dalian,focusing on the 20 kV and 10 kV distribution network from two aspects: economic indicators and reliability indicator.comparing.In this paper,the 20 kV distribution network system in Changxing Island area in-depth study,summing up the actual operating experience of the 20 kV distribution network,which can be promoting and applying in the distribution network of the same scale in other regions.
