Case Study On Change Management Of TL Medical Building Decoration Project

In recent years,people’s living standards have been improving and the demand for health has been increasing.However,China still faces serious problems such as insufficient health resources,unreasonable structure,unbalanced distribution,relatively single supply bodies,and weak community-level service capacity.With the rapid development of the medical market and people’s increasing demand for medical treatment,the existing functions of hospitals can no longer meet the needs of patients,and the irrationality of the functions of medical buildings is becoming increasingly apparent.Based on the particularity of medical projects,according to the project progress plan optimization and adjustment of phenomenon occurs frequently,and frequent change,rework,etc.Then,how to effectively deal with and reduce losses for this problem is an urgent problem to be solved in project change management.This article takes the case of change management of TL medical building decoration project as the research object,adopting the method of asking questions,analyzing problems,giving countermeasures and suggestions from the status of engineering change management,that is,putting forward the problems in the engineering change management from actual projects and describing the harm caused by the engineering change management problems through the introduction of management organization,system and process of existing changes.Secondly,according to the relevant theories of engineering change management,and by means of a questionnaire survey,the influencing factors of medical project change management are analyzed to find out the main reasons for the change,focusing on design defects,organizational management model,change process,Reasons such as change management system and cost management awareness are elaborated,and countermeasures and suggestions are given from the aspects of project design stage management,strengthening project organization management,optimizing change process,improving the change management system and enhancing cost management awareness.The purpose of this article is to find out the main factors affecting the change of medical engineering based on medical architectural decoration project change management and case studies;to analyze the reasons of the changes and the effects on the project;to sort of these reasons,establishing and improving the effective ways of change management;to provide a reference for future medical construction project change management.
