| After surpassing the United States in 2009,the sales volume of China’s automotive market has maintained a rapid growth and has always been the largest single country market in the world.With the gradual popularization of automotive market,consumers’ requirements for the quality of the automotive are also increasing.Correspondingly,complaints about the quality of cars have soared.Nearly one-third of the quality problems are caused by poor change management after mass production.Many enterprises in automotive industry,including company V,have studied change management and formulated change management requirements and rules suitable for the enterprise itself.In the process of research,this paper firstly investigates the current situation of the global environment of the automotive industry in China,proves the positive significance of change management research,and then expounds the relevant theories and knowledge of change.Then,with the theoretical knowledge of project management and change management,combined with the actual situation of company V,this paper investigates the current situation of company V’s change management,analyzes the typical cases of company V’s change,combs from the organizational structure and process;analyzes and explains the four important factors of change: Man,Machine,Material and Method,and gives solutions and suggestions to the problems of company V.Finally,the paper expounds the guarantee suggestions and effectiveness comparison before and after the change management of V company,and summarizes and prospects. |
