This research is based on the research and development of the networked measurement and control system for the efficiency of electric vehicle drive motor working condition matching control in Jilin Province Science and Technology Department.It applies motor speed control technology,information detection technology and network technology etc.comprehensive analysis of the performance of the electric vehicle drive system as the main starting point.The research has built a dynamometer for working condition of simulated way;the data of detecting the driving speed and torque are used as the data source for analyzing the driving performance;based on CAN bus and upper computer platform constructed by LabVIEW,the test and analysis of dynamic and static performance of drive motor,such as no-load performance,rated load,acceleration and deceleration performance,braking performance,variable operating condition performance,etc.are realized,providing a theoretical method for reference for better application of motor and drive system.The main work of the thesis includes:(1)By reading the literature,the composition of the test platform of the electric vehicle drive system and the characteristics of the electric vehicle drive motor are analyzed.Based on the design requirements,LabVIEW is used as the development software,the CAN bus is used as the communication mode,and the test bench is the main body,as the overall composition of the test platform.(2)The mechanical model of electric vehicle and the simulation method of road working conditions are analyzed.The mathematical model of drive motor and transmission mechanism,the relationship between torque and excitation current of the generator and the control scheme of variable operating condition are deduced.(3)The main components of the test platform are designed,and the main hardware circuit,steady current power controller and CAN bus implementation and working process are elaborated.(4)The LabVIEW application software is used to build test platform modules such as test,analysis,data acquisition and control,which realizes the networking of the upper and lower machines and the intelligent control analysis function.Finally,on the network test platform of the electric vehicle drive system,the dynamic performance test of the drive motor under simulated working conditions was carried out.Based on the operation data of drive motor,the performance of drive motor was comprehensively analyzed and evaluated by means of charts,which provided a theoretical basis for the expansion and application of motor.
