The air harness is assembled from a variety of wires,contacts and electrical connectors.It is a bridge and link between electrical system and electronic equipment in all parts of the aircraft,responsible for electrical equipment between the communications and power transmission,is the aircraft's "nervous system".The topology of the harness is complex and the information is large.How to record and transmit the product information in the process of each life cycle completely and efficiently and how to build a good working mechanism on this basis,will be adopted to improve the development efficiency and product quality.However,in the process of the development of the current wiring harness,the form of "one diagram and two tables" is used as the medium of information transmission,which is easy to cause the data between the design and the manufacturing inconssistent,makes the control of technical state and cooperate difficult,hinders the informatization and intelligence of the wire harness manufacturing.Based on the above problems and inspired by the popular "model-based definition technology",this paper takes the product information of the aviation harness as the research object and carries out the three-dimensional digital definition of the wiring harness.MBD technology in the definition of mechanical products is mature and widely used,the three-dimensional expression method of product manufacturing information has been standardized.Different from the mechanical products,wiring harness products are mainly in the form of flexible body with a large topology,and also has local micro-features.The manufacturing process is mainly assembly of the components.The types of components that make up the wiring harness are fixed but the model is numerous.Therefore,the digital definition and information expression of airway harnesses can not just follow the mechanical and electrical products,it is necessary to start new research from product characteristics and engineering practice.Compared with the digital definition method of mechanical products,this paper presents the definition scheme of three-dimensional all-information model of harness products: Firstly,the connotation of the three-dimensional information model is clarified.Based on the merits and demerits of the current product information carrier,the needs of digitally define are analyzed,then three-dimensional and coverage of the whole life cycle are proposed as the two main characteristics,and the digital manufacturing system of the harness with the 3D full information model as the core is forecasted.Next,the wiring harness is digitally defined.The wiring harness productinformation is expressed respectively,from the composition of the structure,topology,electrical logic,process constraints and other fields.Then,the construction method of 3D full information model is studied.Based on the three-dimensional example,the construction method of geometric model,the integration and expression of information and geometric model in each field are expounded.Finally,the application of data source based on 3D full information model is developed.The intelligent process system based on electrical logic and the aerial harness auxiliary wiring system based on topology are constructed.
