Study On The Aging In The Quality Upgrade Of Qinhuangdao Old Houses

China's housing has experienced rapid development for many years,and a large number of urban housing construction has solved the problem of housing shortage.With the increase of urban housing stock,the housing has gradually changed direction from quantity to quality.Due to the lack of planned repairs in the residential life cycle and the failure to pay attention to the upgrading of existing building quality,the 30-year-old old house has experienced aging.Therefore,the planned repair and improvement of residential buildings is very necessary for the realization of the quality upgrade of residential buildings.The old residential residents are mainly elderly,and it is equally urgent to implement the aging reform on the basis of quality upgrading.Based on the above background,this study aims to improve the quality of residential buildings,focusing on the research on the shared parts of existing houses.By combing the experience of domestic recycling practices,this paper proposes a method for upgrading the quality of existing residential units in Qinhuangdao City.Firstly,based on the investigation and analysis of the aging and quality upgrading of existing residential buildings in the current city,this paper expounds the upgrading objectives and corresponding problems of existing residential buildings,and the necessity of upgrading the building quality under the sharing and private use.Secondly,it conducts extensive research on the existing houses in Qinhuangdao,summarizes the current situation of the shared parts of Qinhuangdao's existing houses,and analyzes the reasons for the lack of proper aging of the building quality and the old houses.Finally,according to the living needs of the elderly,the method of aging renovation of old houses is summarized from the aspect of residential quality upgrade,and a feasible plan is proposed for the houses with conditions to build elevators.In summary,through the physical restoration of the aging of the old residential buildings and the deterioration of the living environment,the use value is improved,and it is hoped that it will provide some reference for the appropriate aging transformation of the existing residential parts of Qinhuangdao.
