Study On The Suitable Aging Transformation Of Public Space In The Old Residential Area Of Nanjing Under The Mode Of Home-Based Pension

The aging of the population is a major issue facing all mankind in the 21 st century.For China,the problem of aging is becoming more and more obvious.Under the background of aging,Home care aged housing has become a trend,and it is also in line with China’s basic national conditions.How to provide suitable living environment for the elderly has become an important issue of concern to all sectors of society.At present,the age of aging in the public space of most old settlements is not high.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the characteristics and laws of the life of the elderly,and to draw the needs of the elderly for public space.Find out the reality of the public space in the old settlements and explore the problems that the elderly use in the public space of the old settlements.Master Thesis takes the case of Suojin village with a high degree of aging,from the villages of one to four,and conducts research and analysis on the public space of old residential areas through literature research,multidisciplinary research methods and field research methods,and uses questionnaires.The field survey was conducted in three ways: interview record and behavior observation.Through the survey,the psychological,physiological and behavioral habits and needs of the elderly over 60 years old in the public space were also obtained,and the traffic space,public activity space and related public in the settlement were also obtained.The status quo of infrastructure and green planting.Constructing the AHP-TOPSIS combination model,taking the one to four villages of the Suo Jin Village as the evaluation object,and using the mathematical operations of the four settlements to determine the importance weight of each evaluation index to the evaluation object.Provide the basis for correct decision making.Finally,based on the above investigation and analysis results,the objectives,principles and transformation strategies of the old-fashioned transformation of the public space of the old residential area in Nanjing,taking suojin village 1-4 as an example,which provides the basis and reference for the suitable aging transformation of the public space of the old residential area in Nanjing.
