Research On The Design Of The Old Residentiai Area's External Environment Suitable For Aging Based On AHP

With the rapid development of social economy and medical and health level,the life span of the population is prolonged,which leads to the aging trend of the population structure.The problem of old-age housing has become the most prominent social problem at this stage.Most of the old people in the city live in the old residential areas.Due to the long-standing construction of the old residential area,the backward design level and the aging function of the external environment,the external environment of the old residential area has long been unable to meet the needs of the elderly for the quality of the outdoor environment in the new era,so it is necessary to adapt the aging transformation design of the external environment of the old urban residential area.This paper mainly discusses the design optimization method of the old residential area's external environment transformation from the perspective of aging,aiming to promote the old residential area's external environment to gradually change from the traditional ordinary type to the general aging type,so as to prevent or reduce the elderly's activities inconvenience and physical injury caused by the unreasonable external environment design when they participate in activities,and then help them get a better experience of outdoor activities.In this paper,first of all,the design literature of the old residential area's external environment suitable for aging is studied,the development status at home and abroad is compared and analyzed,and the starting point of the paper is found.On the basis of the relevant theories of aging adaptation and the demands of the common and individual characteristics of the elderly on the landscape environment,the qualitative and quantitative research methods are used to carry out targeted field research,deeply tap the demands of the elderly on the outdoor landscape environment,and summarize the influencing elements of the elderly's outdoor activities.Secondly,AHP is used to build the index system model,calculate the weight of each index element and prioritize it,and determine the primary and secondary relationship of the appropriate aging transformation index elements.Then,according to the results of the field survey,the design principles and optimization methods of the suitable aging reconstruction of the outer environment of the old residential area are proposed,and the feasibility analysis of the design principles of the suitable aging reconstruction is carried out by introducing Kano model,so as to improve the satisfaction of the old people to the reconstruction design.Finally,through the design practice,the design principles and optimization methods proposed in this paper are further verified,highlighting the necessity of the transformation of the external environment of the old residential area.
