Study On Technical Standard System Of Sponge City Construction In Hebei Province

Standardization is one of the important strategies to promote the development of science and technology.Technical is significant to improve and strengthen the standard construction work,and it's the foundation of standardization work.Sponge city,as a new stormwater management concept in China,has some problems in the process of making and revising the standards,such as the lack of relevant basic norms and standards,and has difficulty in industrial cooperation.Therefore,it is urgent to do the top-level design and build a technical standard system.So,this paper studies the construction of technical standard system of sponge city in Hebei province,and lays a foundation for the standardization of sponge city construction.This paper analyzes the framework structure of the technical standard system in the sponge city related fields,such as water management,sustainable utilization of water resources,urban comprehensive water-saving,landscape architecture,and selects the applicable framework structure of the technical standard system for the sponge city construction.The existing technical standards for sponge city construction were statistically analyzed,the standards includes national standards and industrial standards,anylizing the publication process,the issuing departments,the objects of implementation and the regions of implementation.At the local level,it conducts preliminary statistics technical standards of various provinces in China,studies the status of standard construction in various cities,analyzes the current status of existing technical standards in Hebei Province,and studies standardization cases in Shanghai,Beijing and Shenzhen to provide suggestions for standardization in Hebei province.According to Hebei local technical standards in the field of sponge city construction,this study analyzes the possible problems of technical standards,and give advice for the standardization of sponge city construction.Based on existing national standards,industrial standards,Hebei technical standards,technical guidance document,building technical standard system of sponge city construction in Hebei province,including system structure,information statistics,standard specification,system framework consists of professional category,professional sequence,hierarchy,and according to the professional categories and professional sequence to statistical standards,and finally puts forward suggestions about the sponge city standardization in Hebei province.
