With the continuous progress of urbanization in China,some cities and regions are inevitably renovating and improving their overall planning.However,in the process of renovation and planning,some valuable buildings and historical buildings will inevitably be enclosed in the red line of urban planning.If these buildings are demolished,huge economic and cultural losses will be caused,and the integral translation technology of the building can ensure the integrity and availability of the original building while moving the whole building to the designated location,it can effectively solve the contradictions above.In view of the surrounding environment of the building to be translated and the short translation distance,most of the building's integral translation engineering adopts “rolling”translation or “sliding” translation as a solution,but since the integral translation of the building is a high-risk project,when buildings need long-distance translation,the traditional translation method faces the test of multiplying risks and costs.According to the key technology involved in the integral translation project of the building,combined with the example of the integral translation project of the Japanese Labor Prison in Hainan Province,the paper systematically discusses the design and construction technology of the "wheel-driven" translation mode using hydraulic modular flat car as the translation device in the long-distance translation of buildings.In this paper,the key technologies of building integral translation are summarized,including different underpinning forms,different traction modes and advantages,disadvantages and application scope of different translation modes.In view of engineering cases,according to the environmental conditions and brief economic and technological analysis,two kinds of integral translation schemes,rolling type and wheel type,are compared and selected.The "wheel type" integral translation scheme using hydraulic modular flat car as translation device is the best one.Suggestions on selection of hydraulic modular flat car and loading and unloading flat car side of two buildings are given.The design criteria and calculation formulas are summarized separately,and the stability of the underpinning tray in the process of jack disassembly is analyzed by using the finite element software MIDAS.In the aspect of construction technology,the general construction process of vehicle-mounted translation is given,thesub-processes of overall lifting and translation are refined,and the working procedures and key points of each sub-construction are summarized,combining with the construction characteristics of the integral translation of the building.The management measures which are beneficial to quality management and time limit control are put forward.The research content of this paper can provide reference for the same type of building integral translation engineering.
